CfP: European Social Simulation Association Confernce 2001, Montpellier - France

ESSA 2011

19-23 September 2011
Montpellier - France
Scholars interested in the emergence of social simulation as a methodology in
many research fields and disciplines should come to The 7th European Social Simulation Association Conference. It will be the opportunity to present new results and exchange experience with
leading researchers.

Papers and presentations will focus on a wide range of actual research from very abstract artificial societies to empirical models, from methodological advances to simulation results and their comparison with evidence, from theoretical developments on decisions, networks, collective action, and policies to the concrete lessons of simulations for decision-makers.
A selection of the regular papers will be published in the post-proceedings. Following the tradition of previous ESSA conferences best papers will be published in journal and books.
